Cancellation Policy
In cases where an appointment is missed, canceled or changes without providing the required 24-hour notice, a missed appointment fee will be charged 30% of the scheduled service to the card on file. This is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services. Please understand that the appointment will not be rescheduled until the fee has been collected. (This policy does NOT apply to consultation appointments.)
